Kate Johnson of Portland, Oregon currently trains and
works in the Bay Area. She's been a member of Mavericks
Emeryville since its opening.

time All-American, University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
Kate offers motivational and public speaking for all
types of businesses, organizations, leadership groups,

Fred "Fast Freddie" Rodriquez

3 - Time US Pro Cycling Champion 2000, 2001, 2004 road
race. Fred Rodriguez has been known as "Fast Freddie"
ever since a local announcer declared him as extremely
'fast' on the bike. Fast Freddie has been competing
professionally for almost 20 years.
Mary Osbourne
Mavericks Ventura Gym Member
Champion long boarder and tandem surfer Mary Osborne
is a classic triple threat. Most widely known for winning
the long board division of MTV's "Surf Girls,"
the pro surfer and surf model is also making her mark
as a host and personality.
Billy Griffin
Mavericks Ventura Sport Member
A standout at Ventura High School as an offensive lineman
playing center for his
offensive line, blocked for national record holder Tyler
Ebell. Ebell rushing for
4,488 yards and 64 TD's, also Ebell was the first High
School Hiesman Trophy winner.
Billy had a great senior year and earned many honors
such as All CIF Ventura County
Offensive Lineman of the Year, 2000 CIF Champs DIV 4.
Griffin received a scholorship to the University of
Florida. There he was the SEC
Lineman of the Week, Outback Bowl 2002, Outback Bowl
2003, Chick Fillet Beach Bowl.
Currently he is awiting the NFL Draft. In the off season
he fine tunes is body and
keep his skills sharp at Mavericks Sport Ventura.
Jamo Nazzar

Jamo is a respected member of the International Federation
of Bodybuilding. His 19
years of dedication to the sport has brought him worldwide
recognition as a
professional bodybuilder on both national and international
levels. With a degree in
Science and Biology, his knowledge and experience have
made his expert advice a
valuable resource to professional athletes worldwide.
Discovered by MuscleMag in
1995, Jamo's discipline and attention to detail in the
sculpting of his own physique
got the attention of fitness icon Joe Weider. He was
subsequently invited to the
United States to appear in product advertisements. Jamo
has appeared on countless
covers including "Muscle & Fitness" and
"MuscleMag International." He is also a
spokesperson for Muscletech, Solgar, Vita Power, Tropicana
and Musashi.
After retiring from competitive bodybuilding, Jamo founded
"JAMCORE TRAINING" to
provide clients with the best individualized fitness
and nutrition programs proven
to get results.One of them is Core Training for Surfers
