Pilates PlaygroundTM
Work Hard, Play Hard' - this innovative class combines the foundational exercises of Pilates with various apparatus such as weighted balls , balance discs, foam rollers and flex rings. All exercises are designed to lengthen the body, strengthen the mid-section, improve posture and flexibility. 1 hour ALL LEVELS

Pilates Allegro*
Redefine Yourself' - A private, and/or semi-private Pilates training class utilizing the Pilates Reformer apparatus. Maximize your results using this state of the art equipment while getting personalized instruction.*Class is fee based. ALL LEVELS

Define and Align
An aggressive series of exercises that accommodate all fitness levels. This class is designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance of the entire body. Core stabilization technique and foundation teachings of Joseph Pilates are introduced. 1 hour ALL LEVELS

Ballet Pilates
Slim, strengthen, tone and refine your entire body with a unique combination of traditional ballet conditioning and Pilates core strengthening. Postural exercises included. 1 hour ALL LEVELS

ZENergyTM
Re-energize and refresh your body and mind in this 30 minute 'pick me up' class. This class utilizes various poses derived from Yoga and Pilates maximized to give you an ultimate feeling of inner strength, peace, and vitality. Various apparatus will be used to ensure quality and focus of exercise. 30 minutes ALL LEVELS

Yoga Basics
Learn to build strength and confidence while improving flexibility and balance. This basic Yoga class will bring through a series of poses designed for the beginner, yet powerful enough for the advanced . 40 minutes ALL LEVELS

Power Yoga
A vigorous and powerful approach to Yoga. Flowing progressive postures, meditative awareness and breath control are used to strengthen your mind and body.

Total Athletic Training
An action-packed class emphasizing interval training for the 'maximum fat burn'. Class includes athletic training drills, strength training and active stretching combined with extreme cardio intervals leaving you feeling invigorated! 1 hour workout. ALL LEVELS

Abs and Assets
Target training where it counts!' A comprehensive class focusing on strengthening, toning, and defining your abdominals and lower body. 30 minutes ALL LEVELS

Chisel
A total muscle conditioning class using Body Bars, Tubes and Handweights. Build strength and power as you define the entire body. 40 minutes ALL LEVELS

Balance This!
A dynamic core strengthening class utilizing balance boards, medicine balls, and hand weights. This class is designed to promote postural alignment, abdominal strength and lower back stability.30 minutes ALL LEVELS

Mavericks Press*™
Time Compressed Workouts A series of classes designed for the 'time-sensitive person' who still desires a daily workout. Classes are target-specific and will focus strengthening, toning and cardiovascular work. 30 minutes ALL LEVELS

Kickboxing
An intense cardiovascular and strength conditioning class that incorporates the techniques of boxing, tae kwon do and karate. This class focuses on punches and kicks resulting in a dynamic, heart pumping workout. 1 hour ALL LEVELS

STEP ON IT!
A non-stop cardio class full of choreographed moves and patterns. A heart-thumping workout including a toning and abdominal block at the end. 40 minutes cardio / 20 minutes conditioning. 1 hour ALL LEVELS

YO Spin (45 spin/15 yoga)
The ultimate power combination of SpinningTM and Yoga. Burn those calories as you define and align your body. 1 hour ALL LEVELS

Sunrise Spin
Start off the day right with this early bird spin class! Build your cardiovascular fitness level as you embark on various race formats and endurance rides. 40 minutes ALL LEVELS

Extreme Spin
For those cycling enthusiasts and weekend warriors who want to take their 'burn' indoors. Class includes interval drills, and heart rate monitoring. 1 hour INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

Tread-n-Shred
A dynamic group treadmill training class incorporating interval training drills, hills and moderate wind sprints. The ultimate calorie-burner!. 40 minutes ALL LEVELS

Salsa*
Learn the latest salsa and latin moves and prepare for that big night out! * Class has a nominal fee and is open to the public. Singles and Couples welcome!

Hip Hop
Move and groove to the club tunes as you learn the latest hip hop and funk dance combinations. Class is open to all levels and choreography will be broken down. 1 hour ALL LEVELS
