Everything starts from the core' A wonderful blend of
core conditioning, emphasizing movements that strengthen
and tone the abdominal area. Low back exercises are

the foundational exercises of Pilates with various apparatus
such as weighted balls , balance discs, foam rollers

Redefine Yourself' - A private, and/or semi-private
Pilates training class utilizing the Pilates Reformer
apparatus. Maximize your results using this state of
the art equipment while getting personalized instruction.*Class

An aggressive series of exercises that accommodate all
fitness levels. This class is designed to increase strength,
flexibility and balance of the entire body. Core stabilization
technique and foundation teachings of Joseph Pilates

Slim, strengthen, tone and refine your entire body with
a unique combination of traditional ballet conditioning
and Pilates core strengthening. Postural exercises included.

minute 'pick me up' class. This class utilizes various
poses derived from Yoga and Pilates maximized to give
you an ultimate feeling of inner strength, peace, and

daily workout. Classes are target-specific and will

Hip Hop
Move and groove to the club tunes as you learn the latest
hip hop and funk dance combinations. Class is open to
