CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING:
Kick Start: Take a little bit of non-impact, no contact kickboxing, add in some sports drills & sculpting, and you’ve got a great way to “kick start” your day!
S.W.E.A.T.: Spin, Weights, Endurance, Athletic Training all in one class! Enjoy 20 minutes of varying strength training techniques, take it to the Spin studio for 30 minutes of high intensity interval training, then top it off with 10 minutes of stretching!
Drill Bits: Alternate 5 minutes of cardio “drill” based movement with 5 minutes of muscle conditioning for 60 minutes!
Take your fitness workouts to a new level in this fun, interval style class.
Spin: An indoor cycling class that integrates music and motivation, for an intense cardiovascular, no-impact workout. No cycling experience needed.
Shift ‘N’ Lift: A ½ hour of Spin and a ½ hour of strength training. Come get the best of both in a class of endurance and strength. A great class for beginners!
Max Intervals: A combination of cardio & strength exercises using all the latest fitness tools. This class is an all-out, high energy, interval class, designed to keep you working and sweating!
Cardio Blast: A vigorous, high energy, Hi-Lo class with creative choreography and an emphasis on having fun!
Step Challenge: A more fast paced, challenging step workout, which combines power moves with dynamic choreography.
Mix It Up: Anything can happen in this “instructors’ choice” class! Lo-impact, BOSU, Step, maybe even some kickboxing. “Mix in” some sculpting with weights, Body Bars, or stability balls, and you’ve got a challenging, and ever changing workout! Fun for all levels!
LoComotion: A fast paced, fun filled, low impact class, which concludes with a variety of muscle toning exercises.
Easy Does It: A fun, light-hearted, 30-minute lo-impact class with ‘easy” to follow choreography. Perfect for beginners, seniors, or those new to exercise!
PowerKick: An intense, “no contact”, cardio workout using basic boxing, martial arts & callisthenic movements. All levels welcome & “no impact” modifications are offered.
STRENGTH & RESISTANCE TRAINING:
Abs & Assets: An intense ½ hour dedicated to strictly working the abdominal and glute muscles.
Target Zone: A class designed to “target” and work specific muscle groups to fatigue. Each class will work at least two specific muscle groups (i.e. abs and glutes) using several different training tools.
Body Sculpt: An hour of total body conditioning for all fitness levels. Utilizing all the different types of fitness equipment, this class will provide you with “personal trainer” benefits in a group exercise environment.
Muscle Up: A 30-minute conditioning class, using weights, bands, stability balls and more!
MIND & BODY:
Yoga: This class is designed to help you gain strength, flexibility, relieve stress, and increase energy levels. Using classic Yoga postures, stretching, breathing, visualization, and meditation techniques. This class is the ultimate mind and body workout!
Power Yoga: A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa –style yoga with varying series of poses. Ideal for those who enjoy a challenge,
and don’t mind practicing yoga with minimal chanting and meditation.
Mat Pilates: Based on techniques developed by Joseph Pilates. This class focuses on movements and poses that concentrate on building core strength, stretching and lengthening muscles, increased flexibility, and proper body alignment. All coming together to create muscular balance as well as a more efficient body!
Stretch Flow: An hour of subtle to intensive based stretching movements, with some Yoga postures incorporated.
